How long will it take for my order to arrive?

I aim to dispatch your items within 1-7 working days of your order being placed. This period may change during peak times. If you have an urgent enquiry, do get in touch before placing your order and we can discuss express options.

Dispatch times for made to order items may be longer.

Delivery Times:

Standard UK Delivery

Items will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive your tracking number once the item has been shipped.

Standard International Delivery

Items will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked International Service. You will receive your tracking number once the item has been shipped. Delivery times vary

Please note once your item has been dispatched it is in the hands of Royal Mail.

I need to change my order. What do I do?

If you wish to make an amendment to your order, please get in touch via email: soultidesilver@gmail.com with your order name and order number within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this time period I cannot guarantee your changes can be accommodated as your order may be being processed.

Will I receive the item that is pictured?

All items are handmade so exact details may vary. That’s the great thing about Soul Tide Silver jewellery, it’s all handmade making every piece as unique as the wearer!

Do you accept returns?

I hope you are completely happy with your purchasebut if you are not satisfied and would like to talk about returns, please get in touch via email soultidesilver@gmail.com and we can discuss the issue and come to an agreement on how best to address it.

Items will not be considered if they have been worn.
